Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) Agreement

The EDI Agreement is used by Organizations wishing to exchange data files with Palmetto GBA’s secure network. This agreement needs to be completed and signed by an authorized agent of the organization. The completed form should be returned to CSSC Operations via email or can be mailed to the address located on the form.
